The condo is adorned with updated, clean, contemporary beach-chic décor and features elegant tile flooring throughout, creating a serene, stylish, and relaxing retreat. Just walk to the beach with your towel and
sunscreen, as beach service for two chairs and one umbrella is included from March 1st through October 31st.

enjoy your stay, including a new microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee maker (pod or drip), and granite countertops with bar seating, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The unit comfortably sleeps six, with two additional rollaway beds to accommodate a total of eight guests. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV with Direct TV, and direct balcony access. Attached is an en-suite bath, boasting a beautiful view, a walk-in shower, and a large jetted soaking tub. Both guest rooms also feature king-size beds, TVs, and en-suite baths—one with a
tub/shower combo and the other with a full walk-in shower. A new Maytag full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.
