The kitchen has new cabinets and granite and is a very well-equipped kitchen, including Keurig. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. This unit is located in the prestigious Belle Mer condominium that has a tennis court, fitness room, pool, jacuzzi and offers beach service in front of the complex. Belle Mer is the least crowded of all the complexes on Navarre Beach, being primarily second home users, so you will not feel crowded.
